After use, cement does not adhere to the formwork surface, so no cleaning is needed. Even if concrete sticks to it, it can be removed with a light tap. Its adsorption force to concrete is only 1/10 that of ordinary formwork. Lightweight and easy to assemble and dismantle, it shortens construction period by 40% compared with steel formwork.

The surface of plastic-coated formwork is made of chemically stable PP film, which is corrosion-resistant and does not pollute the concrete surface. Due to its smooth surface and low affinity with concrete, the demolding time is only 1/7 that of steel formwork.
