Moisture proof MDF (Green Color ) is a modified triamine cyanide or mdi type adhesive ,and the use of water repellent is improved to achieve moisture-proof performance .
Fire Resistant MDF (Pink Color ) is firm and durable ,low cost and simple processing .Widely used in sound-absorbing board ,flame-retardant furniture ,flame-retardant flooring base materials.
The resistance plate HDF (Black Color) is more wear-resistant ,impact-resistant and easy to clean than ordinary MDF , It has the advantages of moisture-proof ,waterproof,Fire-proof and not easy to deform .

MDF are made from poplar and can be produced at densities ranging from 630kgs/m³ to 1050kgs/m³. It's a kind of fiberboard. We can directly export the plain board, also can be made into fire-proof, moisture-proof, water-proof and so on.MDF is mainly used infurniture, cabinets and so on.
Medium-density fibreboard (MDF)
Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres。 often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. MDF is generally denser than plywood. It is made up of separated fibres, but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood. It is stronger and much denser than particle board.

100% poplar material with white colour
100% pine material with light yellow colour
70% poplar or 70% pine mix 30% hard wood with normal colour
Packing
The bottom is strong pallets with one sheet of protected board which is MDF or Particle board and thickness is not less than 15mm. All the goods are wrapped by plastic bags avoiding any moisture. The top and four sides with one sheet of protected board which is not less than 4mm MDF or 8mm Particle board . Then all the goods are strengthened by steel strips. Advantage
1.Uniform plate density, excellent physics performance; It's close to natural wood but better than natural plank.
2.High strength and good dimensional stability, thickness is2.5mm-30mm,it has been widely used.
3.Good mechanical processing performance, It may use natural wood processing equipment and methods for machining.
